Bootvis.exe is a performance tracing and visualization tool that Microsoft designed to help PC system designers and software developers identify performance issues for boot/resume timing while developing new PC products or supporting software.
It is developed by Microsoft, so it can integrate quite perfect into Windows which, in other words, means it could work without a glitch. The bad news is that it works only with Windows XP. Yeah, we know, that’s truly sad news, but hey, it’s an old software for an old operating system. The Redmond-based software giant claims all its newer operating systems are supposed to boot faster, so a tool like BootVis would be useless.
BootVis features :
-Boot to a useable state in a total of 30 seconds
-Resume from Hibernate (S4) in a total of 20 seconds
-Resume from Standby (S3) in a total of 5 seconds
Operating system
Windows XP
