IntelliPoint
IntelliPoint is software by which you can customize the unique features of your Microsoft mouse. You can reassign mouse buttons to perform commands, shortcuts, and application-specific functions. You can also modify mouse settings, such as pointer speed and updated horizontal scrolling. With IntelliPoint mouse software, you can reassign each mouse button - including the wheel button - to perform a command or keyboard shortcut, like Undo, Close, or an application-specific function. IntelliPoint 6.1 and newer even offers biometrics support for advanced identity management. If you have a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard, you will need to have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.

What's new in this version?
•With IntelliPoint 8.0, setup automatically detects your mouse model. If you have more than one mouse attached to your computer, each mouse model can have different button assignments.
•The scrolling experience for mice with smooth scroll wheels has been improved in many applications.
•PS/2 devices are no longer supported in IntelliPoint 8.0.
